The result: means of financing

The aim is to build the financing system upon the bonds private and/or public companies have to pay for, as it's been decided by the Law voted in 2005 we already talked about.

According to the INSEE*, the segmentation of the French economic network (private companies and professions) is as follows:

• 1st segment: 1.828 companies hiring 500 or more employees (0.10% of the census)
• 2nd segment: 236.325 companies hiring 10 to 499 employees (8% of the census)
• 3rd segment: 2.632.735 companies hiring 0 to 9 employee (91.90% of the census)

If we suppose that all of these firms contribute at the same time on an average basis adapted to their financial capacity, the monthly income would be € 210.000.000. This money would finance the services to be provided (as long as it's possible) and the training of the future manpower:

• 1st segment: € 1.600 per month (€ 2.9 million)
• 2nd segment: € 800 per month (€ 189.5 million)
• 3rd segment: € 6per month (€ 15.8 million)

An adjustment of the means of financing must be found in order to schedule a gradual display for each category of companies.
