• Who created Tadeo?
  After the voting of the "Loi du 5 Février 2005", big companies decided to create a service that would allow the communication between deaf and hard-of-hearing. A service adapted to the specific needs of companies. Through Tadeo, deaf users are in contact with their colleagues, their managers, their customers, their suppliers…
  
  
• What is the purpose of Tadeo?
  Tadeo can be used for phone calls, for live discussions. It can also be used to participate to meetings, and can be used during business trips. Tadeo is adapted to all means of communication and all professional fields.
  
  
• Who can use Tadeo?
  Any deaf and any hard-of-hearing employees can use Tadeo. This service has been created by companies for companies only. Deaf and/or hard-of-hearing can phone whenever they want at any time of day. No matter where they call from. No matter what the purpose of their call is.
  
  
• Why one would become a partner of Tadeo?
  Granting your deaf and hard-of-hearing colleagues communication solutions that put the stress on efficiency and autonomy… in any context.

• How can I get Tadeo?
  Your company has just to become a partner of Tadeo. To learn about Tadeo, we invite you to demos that take place at our "Centre Relais". Come with your manager, your deaf colleagues; our deaf trainer and our partnership manager will welcome you. We will present you the way Tadeo works.
  If your company is interested, it will become a partner. A training session will explain you the Tadeo techniques and how to use that tool. At that time, you'll receive your Tadeo Box.
  
  
• How much does the Tadeo Box cost?
  Tadeo is provided by the employer. The employee does not pay anything.
  
  
• What if the company refuses to pay? Can I pay for it?
  It's not the purpose of Tadeo. Tadeo is meant for companies.
  
  
• Is there interpreters? Stenographers? Coders?
  Yes! Deaf and hard-of-hearing choose the mean of communication they need.
  
  
• What is stenotype?
  Stenotype is the only way to transcribe spoken language in real time. It can reach up to 210 words per minutes (the average speed of language is 18-200 wpm). The stenographer diploma is officially approved by the State.
  
  
• What is a Tadeo Box?
  This is the whole pack that includes: a laptop, two webcams and a microphone. We called it "Tadeo Box".
  
  
• What are the requested systems to use Tadeo?
  You need – at least – a 512Kbps width band in upload / download.
