The impact of the Tadeo's NTIC services
The TADEO'S NTIC services (the digital services of Transcription, Interpretation and Coding) have a tremendous impact on the communication and the autonomy of the deaf and hard of hearing co-workers in professional environment.
Indeed, thanks to the numerous experience feedback collected for 2 years, the TADEO'S NTIC services allowed, not only the integration and the preservation in the employment, but also the professional evolution and the recruitment of deaf co-workers.
Tadeo maintains its objective: the equality of opportunity and the equality of the results !
Besides, more and more companies adhere to the Tadeo service. We count more than one hundred users' and some thousands of direct beneficiaries today!
