Mr. Xavier Darcos Minister of Labor, Social Affairs, Family and Solidarity and Mrs. Nadine Morano Secretary of State for Family visited Tadeo's call center, 3rd of December 2009.

Mr. Xavier Darcos and Mrs. Nadine Morano met Mr. Hervé Allart de Hees – managing director of Tadeo – his business-partners (BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole SA, Cap Gemini Sogeti, Lyonnaise des Eaux, Pôle Emploi, SNCF and Thales) and the partners of the Tadeoguild (URAPEDA)


During their visit, the ministers have been introduced to these three concepts :

• Presentation of the Equation (pic1). That's the economic model created to finance the "Centre Relais" (the call centers) deaf and hard-of-hearing are using. This model does not imply new tax, extra charge for the State to pay.
• Visit of Tadeo's call center. Meeting with the operators (FSL -French Sign Language- and IST - Instantaneous Speech Transcription)
• Live chat with the Crédit Agricole CA users from Guyancourt and Lyonnaise des Eaux users from Bordeaux (pic2)
• Multiplex in English with partners who works for Thales in Valence (pic3)
