After SOGETI, it is now in “Immobilière 3F” and Amadeus to equip itself with the service Tadeo.

After the installation of the ADSL lines and some fruitful overviews, Brice and Béatrice, deaf co-workers of “Immobilière 3F”, used the service in experimental mode, within the framework of their work. As accountants, they were able to phone to the customers and suppliers and to follow themselves the evolution of their files! On the way towards an autonomy expected for a long time! … No more need to ask to the hearing colleagues to phone for them, nor to wait for an interpreter or a transcriber to come to their office, to reach the information and be able to communicate.

« I was so able to settle in 5 mn by telephone a dispute, which lasted for weeks by e-mails ». Explain Brice. And to add by smiling "I address now directly my interlocutors without having to ask my colleagues, who do not always pass on the messages which I wish to make, nor on the same tone!". From his part, Béatrice, pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of the service, asks about the possibility of increasing her number of service hours…

Thanks to their active and effective participation on the operational demonstrator, the service thus continues to build itself and to qualify itself.

Next deployments :

The list of Tadeophiles soon gets bigger with the co-workers of Areva, Cap Gemini and the SNCF because the installations of the ADSL lines are in progress for some and the trainings in programming for the others.

Tadeo’s demonstrations of are organized at Delta Process every Tuesday afternoons and are collectively stimulated by Vassili (deaf co-worker from Delta Process) and Chantal. Deaf and hearing persons are invited to participate in these meetings because the solution is used in dynamic mode.
