The "Centres Relais" have been looking for an economic model for 5 years. On the 3rd of December, the Equation has been presented to the ministers who visited Tadeo in Saint Maur des Fossés. There were partners of Tadeo, companies and associations among which URAPEDA and Jérémy Boroy.

The Equation implies three steps: :

• The needs
• The financing
• The resources

Thanks to the Equation, the whole range of needs can be financed :

• Without any new tax
• Without any cost for the State
• By hiring 31.000 people
• By taking into account the wages of the apprentices and the costs of training.

The Equation proposes the creation of trainings for 1.000 people by 2010. In order to finance the training of 31.000 people, Tadeo and its allies have created a strategy based upon already-existing partnerships (Schools and Universities). The necessary means will be provided by an organization that will gather 8.500 centers. Those training centers are spread across the land. This whole organization is the key.

The Equation also proved that the number of transcribers, interpreters and coders was not sufficient. The needs can't be satisfied unless a training process is created. Because of this lack of transcribers, interpreters and coders; because of this ever-growing need, there must be a mass-hiring process. This is the way to satisfy the needs of the deaf and hard-of-hearing people.

The Equation finds a solution to finance the "Centres Relais" and it makes resources fit with the needs of the deaf and hard–of-hearing people.
