Tadeo's experience feedback
As you know, Tadeo, the Company Relay Center, introduced by big companies in December, 2006, launched an experiment phase since last October 1st. This phase has for objective to define the services conditions to allow the communication between hearing and hard of hearing persons within the framework of the company needs.
An expected meeting
During Tadeo’s last coordination committee (monthly meeting), the partners invited Tadeo's users' from various universes to come and share their experience. A hearing co-worker, a LSF video interpreter and two deaf co-workers were so welcomed within the assembly.
This meeting was not thus a simple experience feedback on the services use, but a real exchange on the impressions of each other, the new manners to work and the profits which such a service brings.
The members of the committee were even surprised noticing the speed in which the deaf users appropriated the service, because these last ones already express their will to evolve towards professional ways until then unaccessibe.
During this meeting, beyond the real fluidity in the exchanges which allows Tadeo's use, the partner companies were especially enthused to be able to exchange with Tadeo users and to meet new contexts of use within the company.

About fifteen deaf co-workers, from diverse companies, will experiment Tadeo’s service during meetings or during conversations.

The operational demonstrator continues with diverse and varied uses :
- A 4 person phone conference, subtitled for the deaf co-worker;
- An international exchange: a co-worker expressing himself in LSF (French Sign Language) with a hearing expressing himself in English… A difficult linguistic exercise but very well interpreted by a Tadeo video interpreter, who masters this mental gymnastics with a lot of dexterity.
